SYDNEY (Dow Jones)–Australia-listed copper producer PanAust Ltd. (PNA.AU) made its first shipment of 10,000 metric tons of copper concentrate from its mine in Laos to a Chinese copper smelter at a very low treatment charge, indicating ongoing tightness in the concentrate market.
